I’m very excited to have the opportunity to present on Newts at Apachecon EU this year. It’s always great to get out of the echo chamber and chat with the folks from the other side of the pond, and Budapest seems like a fantastic venue for an international conference.

I’m fortunate enough to be presenting at Berlin Buzzwords again this year, this time on Time Series Data with Cassandra. My talk will cover OpenNMS as a use-case for time series data, why Cassandra is such a good fit, and includes an introduction to Newts.

Buzzwords is the highlight of my year as far as conferences go, if your interests lie in search, storage, and scale, it’s tough to beat. Hope to see you there!
